Polyamide56 or nylon56; Abbreviation: PA56.

Bio nylon 56 is polymerized by bio glutaric diamine and petroleum adipic acid. Glutaric diamine can be extracted from natural organisms. Bio amyl diamine is obtained by microbial fermentation of starch, which reduces the production cost and relieves the pressure of oil resource shortage. It is a competitive nylon material.

This bio based nylon 56 product selects 70D filament form as flat weave structure, and the density is designed as the conventional lining density, which can be used as a good substitute for nylon lining. Light and soft, good weather resistance comes from higher moisture regain and excellent moisture absorption, which can reduce the generation of static electricity in winter, maintain comfort, and make wearing more friendly.

 Features 

1. The standard moisture regain of pa56 is greater than 5%, much higher than that of polyester by 0.4%, and even higher than that of PA66 and PA6 by 4% - 4.5%. The excellent moisture absorption and perspiration rate greatly improves the comfort of wearing, increases the coolness of clothes in summer, and reduces the generation of static electricity in winter.

2. Pa56 fiber has the advantages of high strength and wear resistance, body flame retardant, moisture absorption and quick drying, easy dyeing, high color fastness, light weight and softness, and can meet the wearing needs of different types of clothing. Clothing made of pa56 fiber has better wear resistance, and its melting point is 260 ℃, which is close to polyester, and has good flame retardancy; When the temperature is low in winter, polyester will harden and be uncomfortable to wear. Pa56 fiber has good weather resistance.
